I think it depends on what they are accessing, if they use it to learn then yes, they can be on the top in the future but if they use it to browse non-sense, or play without acquiring new knowledge in day to day activities, then I can see a future failure on them. Still, I believe this story is made-up. Uses a person to fabiracate stuff and make him popular to use in some scheme. I do believe his parents or older keen is the one behind those Bitcoin and use him as the role model to exaggerate stuff and bring high emotion to the table.
