No one can know when is the best time to buy. When Bitcoin reached $ 20k and $ 3k I read the same thing. Make your own report, if you think Bitcoin has potential for future growth, buy it. Never invest based on anyone's advice.

So, myself, I have never been dependent on anyone else, I am currently buying Bitcoin no matter this is not the right time, the important thing is I am sure bitcoin will grow even more in the next year.
