This things happens when the coin finally laid out their platform and that platform turn out to be a good platform, Ethereum and some other top coins in the market did start with low volume and low price, and when the platform was finally set up that was the start to increase the volume and the price, it's ok for the coin to start low as long there are dedicated team on board.

Ethereum is a scam. Bitcoin is also a scam but it is a long scam and could make a lot of money.
