Hello, yes this is our goal. Our file certification feature is already on mainnet. You can use it right now at https://sign-web.app , all you need is some SIGN tokens for the certification fee.
You can certify documents, videos, audio, really anything digital.

On testnet we have two more features running, one of which is E-Mail certification. This is a feature in which you can certify the authenticity of emails.
Above that we have Multiparty Agreements working on testnet.
Both of these features will be shifting over to mainnet in Q4 2019.

All of this is done via timestamping and the use of hash id's.

One of our ambassadors Joey Gates is a digital artist and uses our web app to certify his digital art.

To check and use these functions in the testenet will not be necessary to use the tokens?

Yes this requires tokens. It does not require actual SIGN tokens from mainnet though. Anyone that wants to test testnet features can contact us and we will send you funds to test features with. You can also claim 10 WAVES for the testnet at this page https://wavesexplorer.com/testnet/faucet .
