Same fees for Cash delivery to home and can take between 6 to 24 hours to get the cash to your door.
I think your fee is too high. Most local exchange charge only 1%. Minimum Deposit also to high, if your aim is market place then it's won't work, unless you only aim to be property market then it's make sense.
For Western Union, i believe hardly anyone in blockchain family use their service. Blockchain exist to solve the problem on traditional banking like high fee, long process.
