This is the first time I read about this exchange, checking further I think they are based in Japan based on their traffic ranking I'm also suprised that they have a very high traffic flow, in fact, they have better traffic ranking than Bitcointalk

You should create your complaint in the scam section to make it a valid complain.

And also give more proof about the balance lost screenshot of trade history might help.
