No we call that a "fat finger" mistake, and it depends on the display and the way the players have to put their bets. So you can't say it's not because of the site and it happens anywhere... In reality, it happens more on some sites than on others. When I did this fatal error last month, I can tell you I wouldn't do it on some other poker games.
