I don't think that Mourinho is the problem.
He tried to build something strong in Manchester United but he didn't make it (I think he was the one who signed Pogba to the club) a decent signing for that period of time. I won't blame Mourinho because Pogba and some other players became lazy and they don't work hard to become better players....

IMHO Mourinho is an honest coach about his squads. He once said that bringing Manchester United finish in a second place in the premier league when he trained with a less qualified squad was the best achievement. besides the pros and cons of the mourinho strategy game which in my opinion is boring, mourinho is a good leader who speaks as is. it's not like Ole is constantly defending his squad even though the players aren't playing well
