I don't think that this should be considered as a historic feat in 76'ers basketball history. Not even in the top 10 in my opinion. Those two you mentioned is really iconic because it was done in the spurs on the moment.

But it could be a consider as Simmons personal achievement but not something that could be consider as historic. The Daryl Dawkins dunk that shattered the back board (pre-Shaq era) was one of the best.

If you don't know Ben Simmons you will really questioned that historic thing but I think everyone here knows the ability of Simmons in 3 points shooting.

Simmons is known for the unusual trait that a Point Guard should have and that is his inability to made a 3 point shot. It was 3 whole seasons without a 3 point shot made and that was rare. Cheesy

It's an obvious sarcasm.

Despite that, he is still having a great stats in points, rebounds, assists, and steals, so he is valued more on his defensive ability and if he learned to improve his 3 point shooting, he will turn himself to a complete player and that's so scary.

and he has a nice contract with sixers so he will try to improve so it will be worth of the money

No doubt about that, statistically he is good and might be consider a MVP caliber.

However, getting his first 3? Nah, it shouldn't be considered as a historic as far as the 6'ers history.

Here take a look, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CcLfyK0yu-8. Although some of them are questionable, but Doctor J and Allen Iverson and Dawkins making that list is absolutely nuts. That Doctor J dunks, Iverson over Lue and then crossing over Jordan in his rookie year, and who would forgot Dawkins thunderous dunks. I'm sure those who followed NBA in the late 90's are not familiar with that one.  Grin

I am not so familiar with that one, I know know Allen Iverson though I didn't follow basketball a lot that time.
I think I started getting interested in NBA when I finished my studies because after graduation, I started working right away and you know when you are earning already, you'll think of ways to spend it and fell in love with sports betting, NBA in particular.
