Agree. But there are some possible options here where escrow or some other mechanism protects investors from scammers. Lack of regulation makes people think about different scam schemes more often

In any case, the market will survive this unfavorable stage in life and begin a new epic. ICO ended, started IEO. Who knows what else will come up to attract investment. One thing I can say is the ICO market had long had to be regulated by law. Maybe this will get rid of fraud.
