This situation has been going on for a long time (few months), I have written in support for more than 10 times, but do not get an answer.

Sorry for having to go through such a bad experience. It sucks.
BitBay has been a pain to it's customers in the past especially with that non responsive support and there are a couple of scam accusations here.
