Are you saying you think that the investigation had been reopened and ongoing during the phone call, and Trump was fully aware that the investigation was ongoing at the time.

Do we know exactly when/if the investigation was officially reopened? Was it March? Or do we just know that they were planning on it in Feb.

What I am saying is it doesn't matter and I don't care. The important part is the dems got baited into exposing their own crimes.
