I dont think it will really effect our erections so being fat is not what brings impotence,but the problem is being obese will lessen the size of your penis and this is proven as my brother is obese in he admits that his part is half lessen now compared when his built is still normal

Obesity is a predisposing factor to diabetes mellitus and some complications faced in complicated DM is erectile dysfunction however there are different gradings for obesity....so depending on the grades also.

But thats another issue ,the complications is just a long effect from being obese I believe
