User's level? What do you mean? Stake don't have user's level, they only have vip ranks. To be honest the prize is fine to me, just for your information the last time Stake celebrated previous milestone, there is no guaranteed prize, so it's a good thing that on 10 billionth bet we got a guarenteed prize.

That's what I mean, I call the VIP rank as user level because it is the most used words in this gambling industry. I'm just calling it in general words so people who do not know about the VIP ranks will understand it easier. Anyway, I'm just suggesting about the billionth bet in a hope that Stake will consider it and the decision is on their hand obviously.

It is Tuesday already but there is still no announcement about it on the VIP telegram channel, I guess it will come this week but I'm not so sure on which Day.
I just checked the forum, and I can see there is something new under the Promotion sub-board which called by "VIP", it seems that there will be special challenge/giveaway for VIP users only.
