Give them the benefit of the doubt. If we don't hear something in a day or two, definitely time to open it up a little wider.

I've given them about 2.5 days now to get back to me by email or say something on the board. Another user said this isn't the first time this pool has scammed people out of coins saying it's a problem with their server or whatever.
