Maksim and I grew up together practically in the same кoляcкa. Our moms were close friends, and we were born at about the same time, and were friends growing up. So he is the only one I trust there, and since he helps with IT, I figure he would be best to handle cryptocurrency donations. Though that could also put him at risk.

It is only terrorism when someone is trying to terrorize the people. It is not terrorism when someone is trying to terrorize the government. Governments should be afraid of their people, not the other way around.
