Localbitcoins.com is probably your best bet. Or finding via other means (e.g. the local boards here) someone to exchange hand to hand. Depending on the other side of the transaction you might actually get btc (or any other crypto) cheaper then the sell price on any exchange. But it's also quite easier to get scammed so you need to be extra careful Wink

Localbitcoin doesn't charge any fee if we are buying from and advertiser but the price is going to be higher than the exchanges because where advertisers need to pay 1% fee so they will add the trading fee and also profits margin with the market price so its better to pay 0.1% fee than buying with 3% high price.
