I think that we still have some people that are not exposed to this big exchanges like Binance because if they are, I see no reason why they should even go for those low exchanges as they will do such trader no good than getting all those complaints that the op is making, which I think that irrespective of his location, Binance will still be suitable to use for him.

Binance is still the very best of all exchanges right now followed by that huobi that you mentioned and one thing that I so much like huobi about is that they dont make noise that much, but they are really growing, and I think this is even the most expensive exchange that I have seen which may make their transaction fee quite high, so this makes binance exchange the very best option for the OP.

Binance is great for trading and the interface of this exchange is easy to use so it will be very convenient to make a profit. There are currently more than 100 different exchanges but only Binance has been the most stable in recent years and the coins listed are all promising coins in the future. I think with Binance big finances, investors can feel less risky when investing.

Apart from Binance, the Okex exchange is a perfect complement in this market because Okex has recently had many good policies for their loyal customers.
