Have you check the error on the support email address?
I tried to send an email but I got an email back from "mailer-daemon@googlemail.com" saying "We're writing to let you know that the group you tried to contact (support) may not exist, or you may not have permission to post messages to the group... "

It should be fixed now. I just tested the e-mail address, but please let me know if you run into that problem again.
