Usually this happened to many other players as well but you should really do what they said, even if they do not solve your problems, you can put this into a scam accusation tab, in which they will get red tag if they really scam away your money. But the problem here is, they make your greed killing you, extend the time limit of withdrawal to make sure you gamble again, thought that you can win but thr result does not giving a good outcome like most players did. This is not they fault actually, if only you can wait just for a while here
