Support does not reply, and 2FA stopped working. Tried for weeks, not possible to reach anyone and no reply from "support".
They don't provide Telegram or Discord so the only way is using their own "support" which is never replied to.

Places like bitcointalk ANN are to share actual valid info and support. Please don't spam this place with your assumptions. I myself use this exchange and never had any problem. My friend once had an issue which the dev team sold within 2 hours!! This is by far the best exchange for LightBit! Thanks for the support.
