Not only do we have project associating with them,Libra had to remove the list of projects team lately on their page, It was discovered that some project scammer make the list facebook team presented. The space need the fund from the project to have a little drive for price and add more confidence for investment but they were disappointed by USA response. the ICO cause more damage than good especially for the scammers involved.

I didn't understand your point of view who these scammers involved into this project. Please explain this in details and do you really think they are some scammer who are real cause of ongoing problem with this project?
