Since your issue happened only 16 hours ago, you need to be patience if you did not receive any reply from support. Also today is weekend, so i do not think they may help you. Don't expect them to reply immediately and solve your issue. You should wait 24-48 hours time after creating the support ticket.

48 hours have passed what's next now. As I'm writing this I sent the second ticket. This action is true or Should I take any other action?

Normally, you should not submit a 2nd ticket for the same issue, if your first ticket is in progress. It is better if you write in the same ticket and ask them to expedite the process. Also i am not sure if 48 working hours are passed because Today is the first working day after the weekend. I hope you will get the reply from them anytime today.

Oh so the 48 hours should be in working days then we have to neglect all passed 48 hours. I hope I get response today.
