Is what will happen in this order?

* Snapshot (NEM)
* Pre-OptIn
* Catapult launch (NEM2)
* Post-OptIn

To be honest I am in a clean up process of my coins and would like to change my NEMs into other coins but I guess it makes sense to wait till at least the first 3 points happened? What is the chance of this really happening before the end of the year 2019?
It's a bit a burdon to never have a relaiable date.
