h4ns may have asked for a refund on the 3rd of September but this is no indication that the refund was supposed to be on September 3rd. Any kind of point stringent on the date of the refund is that of a deceptive one.

Did the 'defamation campaign' start before or after you were supposed to refund the 210? Just curious.
