I think it's ridiculous that you sold your account to us that your hotbit account balance cannot be used for anything, you have to complete the rules ordered by the houbit exchange more thoroughly because I previously used hotbit exchange when exchanging my coins with Bitcoi but I am safe and don't have problems like your current problem.
