I have read also something like that in reddit but it was not bitcoin but rather another coins. He cannot withdraw at first but he tried to login and logout multiple times until he succeeded in his withdrawal with hotbit. He was disappointed but at least he successfully withdraw his funds. I do think you should also try logging in and try to withdraw if an error occur you logout again then try again later. Maybe it is just a glitch or something that makes you unable to withdraw.

But something is fishy with your statement, you are unable to withdraw and you want to sell it. Does it mean you want to scam someone. Also try to check where did that 0.54 come from did you deposit it yourself or earned through trading or there was a bug and it went into your wallet.

I have also read it before that's why I don't try to use that exchange, it was a shit exchange as per discussion on Reddit.

OP just wanted to pass his problem to other people by selling his account in the exchange even though its impossible to withdraw it.
