. Sorry for the late reply. There's been major technical changes since launch. Aside from usual bug fixes and stability improvements, we did have to remove Zerocoin privacy due to a vulnerability that affected coins based on the Zerocoin protocol. Currently most of Veil's development efforts are going towards RingCT-based staking, new privacy protocol Sonic to replace Zerocoin, and new desktop wallet and mobile wallets.

I just aware if you said about sonic. I have a question about can I still use zero coin right now? or is it already disabled? I'm wanna sending my veil and I'm feeling worry about that because I have been always using zero coin to send veil. I hope you can consider to create a new desktop wallet that doesn't forced us to update the wallet to be fully synched with the network.
