I feel like Jack and LightningAsic has me on some strange 'ignore' list or something. I'm not sure why he's ignoring me, I followed all his instructions and he had great communication with me prior to payment. I understand he's likely busy, but I'd like to get the equipment that I paid for.

Just call DHL directly( 1800-call-dhl ). They will ask for your name and zip code then they will let you know if you have a package on the way yet.
