For the others, this is what actually happens: you deposit money, and your withdrawal is put on hold. Here are some examples from this awesome support chat (they are removing these posts, at least mine is already deleted). People are waiting for withdrawals:

Next admin asks you to send a DM, and explains that you just need to deposit more money and your funds will be released. That's what they told me yesterday:
