Good question. I did not find information about this PLC coin. And even on the CoinGecko website, this PLC coin is listed in "Unverified Tickers" section. Its just an intrigue!

This is a special section where the coins that are on the Coinsbit exchanges are indicated but they are not on the Coingecko site.
