We can more trust in IEO because, it will be directly be listed in an exchange, in ICO, it took them months or year before it happens, some of them does not list their coins and run away with their money that has been raised. In IEO we may see the exchange that they will be listed right away.

Of course there are many people who believe in IEO, especially in large exchanges that are very popular, such as the example of Binance doing IEO KAVA and this has been much sought after for investors, even many who do not get involved in participating,

I am sure scamer will not be able to do a bit if IEO is on a large exchange, but scamer is always looking for a small exchange to get funds after it is left.
