Bittrex decided to ban my country and to disable my account. That is not problem, problem is because they didnt send me mail or sms (they have all my informations) after they disabled my account I just can withdraw my coins, but I can only withdraw some coins. FXC should be tradable for everyone except U.S residents so that's strange, especially that the banned countries have 18th of November as a deadline to withdraw their funds.

I had a similar issue some time ago when Bittrex enforced KYC and didn't allow me to withdraw my funds... so if the support didn't help, there isn't much you can do here. I suggest to simply move to a less strict platform like Kucoin or Binance.
