You get that error message at the time we are moving the starting dates of our IEO including the new bonus structure.

Links on LAToken exchange are fully working now https://latoken.com/ico/ETH-XCET and our IEO is about to start in few hours from now.

Just to be clear the $1.3M was raised through our angel investors not from LAToken exchange. The 1st round of our IEO will be starting today.

Part of our third phase is international expansion, which includes other Market outside the Philippines. Aside from SEA, Middle East, Europe and America, we also would like to tap people who are into trading and real estate that are based in Russian Federation.

I do this in Russia, but I cant understand how such a project can be implemented in our country, It is very difficult with our political system.
