That is what I did the email that was on account at the time emailed from but admin has said the following.

Thank you for your email.

In order to proceed with the recovery process, please contact us from the original email address linked with the account where you will also receive further instructions.

The email Isent from was the one that I got an email on saying account email changed from ip and to email i also got a link in it

I followed the link so am presuming that account is now locked and I also did email from that email address where I got that email from bitcointalk so I dont get how they are refusing it
