He literally explicitly writes in his post that he will make "your forum" seem active and that he has experience with SEO. You've failed to read the thread too, you've completely ignored noobfromPH's point and again assumed that he's offering his service to be done on this forum. You have to advertise your services somewhere, instead you're suggesting he cold calls on dead forums.
