So you can't sue h4ns because you will reveal your identity then and you obviously risk serious charges and in real world without lawsuit your defamation case makes no sense.
Real world people who have studied law do not spam its signature for cents! 
I the real world, you can file criminal complaints anonymously and engage a lawyer to enforce a damage compensation through civil court proceeding!
