If we are talking about hitting the all time high that's really difficult knowing a lot people are going to sell when there is a price pump. Just like what happened to the btc price when it touched the $10k figure. The only hope for btc to pump again and reach the ath is when a huge company or group of people who holds massive amount of money will buy btc or other cryptocurrency. Bitcoin halving may also trigger a supply demand due to the trend that will going to happen like the past two halving.
