You should be more realistic when predicting the value of ETH because I know this coin is currently at $180 and if you want to reach $2000, it will need a lot of new investment funds to make this coin rise. In my opinion, Ethereum can only reach $500 or $800 in 2020 because recently the coin has very few updates for everyone and that will make investors not interested in investing.

Although ETH 2.0 is about to be launched but based on what is happening it is difficult to predict the future of this coin. I believe it will take us a few more years to wait or the bear market will still overwhelm the entire crypto market.

I think 2k is not impossible since eth has reached 1k in 2017, so i will depends on bitcoin's price. If bitcoin's price go booming next year i think it will hook a lot of new investors to invest on altcoins also and one of the best alt to invest is ETH. Maybe sounds impossible to reach 2k since the price right now is under 2k, but it must not impossible since anything can happen in cryptocurrency. If bitcoin at least reach 20k-25k at the end of next year, i'm sure media will spread the positive news and investors will come in droves
