Have you ever reported every users account that links onto that thread or not? Because, if I do find some users evading a ban I usually do that to get some attention to moderator/s by just linking it to the post or reply you've just made.

I see the same users in this report by @coinlocket$ 6 suspect Full Member accounts using the same signature. maybe he can help to tag now those users who aren't banned yet that are on his report. What I advise is report again the users' account here involved to mods and if it hasn't been put into action then a tag is worth it to them, I think these are really alts and just controlled by one person. If there's a ban evasion issue going on here, there really isn't a need for DT members to tag these accounts.  The only thing you need to do is report them to the moderators.  Mods will probably see this thread and act on it, but there may be a delay in doing so.  Just be patient and I bet you that all of these alt accounts will get banned as well.
