I appreciate the effort made to conduct a survey or make a study without mentioning or exposing the project if ever you already have a name for that project created. I have filled-out and hope it can be a help. Questions are interesting and really in need to be focused in ICO offerings, If only all should be 1st priority but it's better to take one step at time in doing right then move than mixing all those priorities at once and will not get any result. Thank you very much @dimonstration. We do have a name and the beginnings of a white paper, but the name might imply what our thoughts with the project are and hence influence any replies we get. So for now its on a "want to know basis", meaning if you want to know I can DM it to you
