I think the idea is to start from a smaller exchange first then grow thereof to a bigger one. Also, you should know that one of the driving force or deciding factor of a successful IEO is the idea, the product as well as services within that project. So let the team continue working while looking for major exchanges.

Yes I agree with you, starting from smaller exchanges doesn't mean the project won't go to other exchanges nor does it mean the platform will die off. Since the team is active, I say it's matter of time before they will list on bigger exchanges as well. Also, what matters is what the project offers.
