You mean, playing in casino in real life and having Bitcoin as a bet? It seems impossible I guess. Bitcoin is a digital money and as far as I know it can only access through the use of internet, meaning any transaction regards with this form of currency can only executable online unless Bitcoin have a physical coin that can be used in physical transactions or activities. In my case, it is enough for me to use cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin for online transaction where it perfectly originated.

Playing in a traditional casino with bitcoin is not impossible rather an option that casinos need to introduce for their customers. Bitcoin and ethereum are already being use by many online casinos and in the similar way, land casinos can offer this opportunity. If the casino has its own wallets then it is possible to gamble with crypto currencies. This will happen later if not sooner, just a matter of time.
