You could have simply said that all along you were referring to the letter implying there were subpoenas for depositions when there wasn't but that it's most likely the document request one exists as the WH and Pompeo acknowledge it exists. You could have had your "win". Instead you've doubled down that NONE exist and now just look like a total fool. Carry on though.
