I believe you're dealing with an imposter. I've dealt with Podor multiple times and with larger amounts, and I've had nothing but smooth transactions.

1. His privacy settings regarding the last time he has been online are available (not the case in the posted image)
2. Different display name compared to the image you've shown.
Also, I've chatted with him last time on Saturday:
