You should take exchange volumes of most exchanges with a reserve. They wash trade to look more legit and attract more traders. Also coin owners washtrade to look their shitcoin more legit and have more volume. Most of this millions and billions of volume are fake.

but how come there showing that fake volume and circulation with the normal traders and getting benefited by that bro?
