Personally I expect it will be somewhere around 8000 to 9000 (in the top ten of highest weeks).
I expect around 10k for the 10th anniversary. Without a prize and Merit, it probably would have been simple.
That's not all I guess because some want that awesome badge as well that'll be able to display on their profiles. So without further ado, I updated my submission reply for my third entry for public viewing, I keep it idle for days but I guess this is the best time to unveil it. 
- Between 1 and 20 (depending on number of submissions) people will receive art contest recognition badges:
