you need try p2pool maybe his work with GPU miner stable. Now diff normal (small because small miners - I asked, not mining during the network down, and I think during the day to return all miners and diff up), network full sync.

GPU miner asked all I had to order, as I did not want it. It will be better open public, than hidden Sad
