Cryptotalk signature campaign is paying with bitcoin. It doesn't count with what OP asked. He means about altcoin bounty which will pay you with new token/altcoin.

There is no way for a single person can earn so high such like 0.4 btc while most of altcoin bounty ended with scam. He is either joined on high btc paid campaign or something like that
