If you would carefully observe all the other altcoins right now, you can see that most of them are experiencing this wherein the price doesn't go very high nor very low. The value of the coins sticks to a certain price playing around while going high and going low. It's a big problem for the investors because their investment are just being stagnant in the market. On the case of Ethereum, knowing that its price rely mostly on bitcoin, you can see the root cause on why its price stays on that certain limit, it was because bitcoin is also experiencing it.

basically the current market does not provide much profit, maybe a few months ago bitcoin experienced a pump but has not been able to make an impact on altcoin, we have not got the right time to see ethereum grow again.
